Payment & Cancellation
Payment is collected at the time of pre-order. You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once production has begun, cancellations are not permitted. We recommend reviewing pre-order terms carefully before committing.
Production Updates
We provide regular updates on pre-order production status. You will receive email notifications at key milestones: production start, quality inspection, and shipment. If there are any delays, we will communicate them promptly with revised delivery estimates.

Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects such as broken seams, faulty zippers, or material flaws. Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations are not covered. We will assess each claim individually to determine the best resolution.
Repair & Replacement Process
If a defect is confirmed, we will either repair your item or send a replacement, whichever is most appropriate. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the defective item back. Repairs and replacements are completed within 10-14 business days of receiving your item.

Modifying Your Order
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of purchase if they haven't entered our fulfillment process. To change your order, contact us immediately at Contact@trinityprince.com with your order number and requested modifications. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.
Canceling Your Order
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once your order has been picked and packed, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can return the item after delivery. To cancel, contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once your order is in transit, address changes cannot be made. In this case, you may refuse delivery and reorder to the correct address, or arrange to have the package forwarded.

You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account or using your order confirmation email. If your order is delayed, we will notify you with updated shipping information. Duplicate Orders
